Mexican Chef Salad

Ingredients:

1 pound                         Ground beef (from Double D Ranch)

1 Tablespoon               Taco seasoning

3 medium bunches      Lettuce(chopped)

1 can                              Kidney beans (drained)

1 bunch                         Green onion (chopped)

1 1/2 Cup                      Shredded cheese

3                                     Roma tomatoes (Diced)

2                                     Avocadoes (Diced) 

1 Bag                             Nacho cheese Doritos or Spicy Nacho Doritos 

1/2 Cup                         Mayonnaise

1/3 Cup                         Ketchup 

1 1/2 Tablespoon        Garlic (minced)

Directions:

  1. In a medium pan add ground beef. After about 2-3 minutes add taco seasoning. Once meat is cooked drain off access fat and oils. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add lettuce, kidney beans, green onion, shredded cheese, tomatoes, and avocadoes. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and garlic. This is your dressing. 
  4. Add meat to salad bowl and toss. Serve with crushed chips on top and desired amount of dressing. Enjoy!
